FAQ's
For busy people, on-line learning is the e-way to go!

Advantages of on-line classes:
Flexibility - study when you have the time
No Travel Expenses - study in the privacy of your own home
Accessibility - lessons and the discussion list are available 24/7 and can be accessed from any computer

Q. What if I’m away from home for a week or so?
The lessons are available 24/7 and can be downloaded anyplace you have access to the internet. If you are unable to download a weekly lesson, it can be sent direct to you.
Q. How do I ask a question?
I am on-line daily, unless otherwise noted, and respond to questions quickly. In addition, the class has its own Discussion List where you can ask questions, share photos of your work and talk to other students in the class.
Q. How does it work?
Once the class begins a new lesson is available each week on the classroom site, in Adobe PDF format. You will be issued a user name and password that allows you to access the class web page. You may download and print one copy of each lesson and related material for your own personal use.
You study and work at your own pace though I encourage you to stay current with the class. If you get behind it's harder to complete the lessons. The discussion list remains open for a couple of weeks after the class ends so if you've had a problem there is still time to work it out. If you have a specific situation let me know and I'll work with you to complete the class.
You will need Adobe Reader to open the classes, you can download it free at the Adobe website. http://www.adobe.com You can check in to the classroom anytime that week to download the lesson.
